What to Expect at Your Event:

Parking will be available in The Classic Center parking deck.
While in The Classic Center you are required to stay in your designated event area including the designated restrooms.
Social distancing of 6ft for all non-cohabiting persons is required at all times while inside The Classic Center.
Masks are required while on Classic Center property. Please be sure to bring yours with you for entry into your event!
Your confirmation email from this waiver is required for entry (Mobile or Paper).
You designated arrival time for entry will be listed on your event ticket.

REQUIRED COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver

Electronic Signature Required for all Guests Prior to the Event

Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Classic Center Authority is taking extra precautions with the care of every client and guest to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfection procedures in accordance with the Orders from the Governor of the State of Georgia. The Classic Center Authority is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have identified the following symptoms of COVID-19 as of May 22, 2020:

Cough
Shortness of breath
Fever
Chills
Muscle Pain
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell

I, the undersigned, plan to attend one of the following events below at The Classic Center Authority (“CCA”). I acknowledge and agree that I must complete and return this executed COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver (“Waiver”) prior to the event if I wish to gain entry to the event. I understand that I will be denied entry to the event if I fail to return a completed and executed Waiver prior to the event. I further understand that I must bring my confirmation of completion of this waiver with me to the event and display in upon entry.
